CABBAGE AND BROCCOLI SALAD

ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ORGANIC!

1 small head of Cabbage

1 small head broccoli cut into florets, steamed for about 4 minutes (easier to digest)

Red/Yellow bell pepper, diced

1 cup mayo

3 T. Apple Cider Vinegar

1 t. Raw honey (add more if you want a sweeter taste)

Slivered almonds or pine nuts to top right before serving

Salt and pepper to taste

Place veggies in a bowl. Mix mayo, vinegar and honey in a small dish. Add to veggies and mix thoroughly.

Before serving, add choice of nuts.
