HEMP MILK for BLOOD TYPE “O”- WENDY BLANCHARD, M.S., HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH

This recipe is safe for those with Blood Type O, and except for the honey, follows the FODMAP (specific diet for IBS) diet. For me, using a small amount of honey now and then does not upset my IBS symptoms, however, please check with your health care practitioner if you suffer with digestive disorders.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of Raw Cacao powder for Chocolate hemp milk

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Will stay in fridge up to two weeks.
