I have been making my own smoothies at home using a variety of fruits, veggies, coconut milk and Kefir, which is a “low fat cultured milk, probiotic smoothie” in and of itself.  Kefir helps promote digestive health and enhance the immune system.  I use the Nutri-Bullet, so I add in one part Kefir to one part coconut milk.  I added in handfuls of raspberries, strawberries, spinach leaves, half of a banana, and some ice, along with the powdered probiotic that I take daily by Xmyogen.  I also added in two scoops of my vegan chocolate protein powder made by Arbonne.
