LAVENDER HONEY CHEESE BALL WITH ORGANIC APRICOTS AND BRAZIL NUTS – WENDY BLANCHARD, M.S.

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. honey goat cheese
4 oz. Daiya cream cheese
3 drops Lavender essential oil
1/2 cup organic apricots, chopped in food processor
2-3 T. Agave Nectar (to your taste)
1/2 cup Brazil nuts, chopped in a food processor (some for outside of cheese ball)
1/4 t. Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and mold into a ball. Roll ball in chopped Brazil nuts. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve with gluten free crackers and gluten free pepperoni, or your own gluten free foods!
