“LUCK OF THE IRISH! IT’S A GL-AIRY FREE ST. PADDY’S DAY!” – WENDY BLANCHARD, M.S.

GL-AIRY FREE SUGAR COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

I used one box of Cherrybrook Kitchen Gluten/Wheat/Peanut/Dairy/Egg/Nut Free Sugar Cookie Mix.  I used organic butter, and of course, organic rice milk which is Shoprite brand, and Simply Organic vanilla.  I added powder color from plants, GREEN, made by Chocolate Craft Colors!

I cut out the cookies with aluminum cookie cutters by Cheap Cookie Cutters.  Aluminum is among the most environmentally friendly metals on the planet. On a percentage basis it is the most recycled of any industrial metal!  

Follow directions on the box, and cool cookies on a wire rack for about 15 minutes.

GL-AIRY FREE BLONDIES….GONE GREEN FOR ST. PADDY’S DAY!

INGREDIENTS:

I used a bag of Namaste Foods Gluten Free Blondie Mix.  I followed the directions on the bag, and of course used organic eggs, and Nutiva Coconut Oil (organic, Extra Virgin).  I also added powder color from plants created by Chocolate Craft Colors.  In addition, I added half a bag of all natural Ghiradelli white chocolate chips.  I baked the blondies, or “greenies!” in All Through The House nonstick aluminum baking pan.
