PEACH TURKEY LOAF – WENDY BLANCHARD, M.S.

I created this healthy and easy recipe that is perfect for a cool autumn day!

Ingredients:

12 oz. ground turkey breast
1 egg, organic
1 cup gluten free italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup organic/gluten free Yellow Mustard
2 fresh peaches, skinned and chopped
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, mustard, peaches, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly, and place in a baking dish. Bake on 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Serve with steamed veggies!
