Gl-Airy Free S’Mores! – Wendy Blanchard, M.S.

My grand-daughter, Rosie and I, had a lot of fun making and eating S’Mores! As always, I used gluten free and dairy free products. If you have the kids or grandkids around this weekend, this is a super fun project to create and eat together. I usually don’t offer snacks with sugar, but with Halloween around the corner, I make an occasional exception! Have a safe and Happy Halloween!

INGREDIENTS:

gluten free marshmallows
gluten free Honeygrams
dairy/gluten free chocolate squares

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place one Honeygram cracker on a baking sheet. Place one marshmallow on top and add one square of chocolate and push down slightly and gently with second cracker on top.

You can also place the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt, and then place the chocolate square on top of the hot marshmallow sandwiched in between two crackers. Let the marshmallow cool a bit before eating.

Heat on 325 for about 4-6 minutes.

Let it cool slightly before eating.
