I used all fresh, organic/natural ingredients, as always, which include papaya, figs, avocado, tomato, spinach leaves, pecans, shirataki angel hair noodles, and fresh lemon.

I began with the spinach leaves, and layered the rest of the ingredients. I used a small scooping tool to scoop out the papaya, and avocado, and topped the salad with pecans, and shirataki noodles. Before you are ready to eat, drizzle lemon onto the salad to pop the flavor of the papaya! I also made a variation of my Walnut Miso Dressing where I substituted pecans for walnuts making it a Pecan Miso Dressing. (see below)

Health benefits of avocado include improved brain health, a source of dietary fiber, better nutrient absorption, may aid in stroke prevention, reduction of cholesterol, and are brimming with “good” fats.
