TURMERIC PROTEIN SHAKE FOR HEALING – WENDY BLANCHARD, M.S., CHHC

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
1 heaping teaspoon of homemade Turmeric paste (see recipe below)
1 scoop of Protein powder, or powdered greens
2 organic dates
1/2 organic banana, or 4 organic pineapple chunks
1 tsp of Maca Root
1/2 cup of crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients into Nutri-Bullet or blender. Mix thoroughly. Drink slowly and visualize the turmeric and healthy organic ingredients healing your inflammation on a cellular level!

TURMERIC PASTE:

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup turmeric
Put water into a small saucepan with turmeric until its a paste. Add more water, if needed. Cook on medium low for about 6 minutes.
