WALNUT MISO DRESSING – WENDY BLANCHARD, M.S., CHHC

I made this yummy dressing and used what I had in my fridge to make a green, healthy salad! Great for a hot summer day! I used all natural, organic ingredients, as always!

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp. ground ginger (I used fresh ginger, one thin slice)
1/2 c. walnuts, toasted (I did not toast mine)
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 T. White Miso
2 T. white vinegar (I used Rice Vinegar)
1 big pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend walnut, ginger, and salt, and gradually add all other ingredients. Do this in a food processor, and mix thoroughly. Serve with field greens and your choice of salad vegetables.
