PEACH GINGER MINT ICED TEA – WENDY BLANCHARD, MS, CHHC

INGREDIENTS

2 organic peaches, sliced and pitted

4 green Matcha teabags

8 ginger coins

1 sprig fresh mint

6 cups hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

Please sliced peach, ginger coins threaded onto a skewer for easy removal later, Matcha green tea bags, and mint into a pitcher.

Pour the hot water into the picture, and allow to steep for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then, remove the teabags.

Completely cool in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours for the flavors to release.  Add ice, raw honey, if  desired, extra mint leaves, for garnish, if desired, and serve!
