BANANA OAT SNACK BARS – WENDY COVEN BLANCHARD, M.S., INHC, CPS

This is a yummy recipe to satisfy your sugar craving without added sugar! All natural and organic ingredients also make this a nutritional snack as well! Use organic ingredients whenever possible!

INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe mashed bananas
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups gluten free Oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup gluten free/dairy free chocolate morsels
1/2 cup Goji berries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spices

INSTRUCTIONS:

Lightly spray 8×8 baking pan with organic coconut or olive oil spray, or place on parchment paper and spread banana oat mixture. Bake on 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
