Welcome to my delicious and healthy recipe page! You will find that choosing a gluten and dairy free lifestyle is easier to navigate through when you use my recipes that I created for myself, as I am “Gl-Airy Free,” (gluten and dairy free) and for my family!

I only use natural and organic ingredients in my recipes to ensure optimal health for myself and for my clients. In addition, my recipes are gluten and dairy free, and in many recipes I replace unhealthy cane sugar with healthier alternatives. I also replace processed unhealthy grains with a healthier organic, gluten free grain such as quinoa, millet or amaranth.

Nourishing ourselves with whole foods that God has provided for us helps to promote Harmonious Health 4 Life!
